Did really only half a workout, didn’t really get to read motivational stuff.

What was suprising was that even that little bit of exercise was supremely motivating and energizing.

Every time I start to consistently workout, I love it, and yet I always stop at some point.

Hopefully, the periods between when I’m consistently working out will begin to thin, until they  barely exist at all.
